Very knowledgeable, great communication . I didn’t know the area and was living out of state when I started working with Jessica. We discussed what kind of property, my budget, my absolute requirements and my dream list. She kindly videoed properties we identify online and then arranged for us to efficiently tour the ones I wanted to see when I could come to Florida. She was very knowledgeable about the home market, home inspection companies, and home financing. In addition Jessica always found the answers to my questions.
